More About Our friends at Crafted Catering & Events

Crafted Catering & Events is the latest venture from the very talented Chef & Owner Will Brown, who has been working as a chef in the Capital District for almost 20 years.

Will has spent the majority of his career as the Corporate Executive Chef of the Mazzone Hospitality Group, and has also worked at the James Beard Award-winning Fish & Game restaurant in Hudson, NY, and most recently was Executive Chef at Saratoga National Golf Club.

Will has catered over 1,000 events, in his career, and looks forward to enhancing your event with customized service, with a focus on his guests.
