Kickstart your fall and recharge your soul as we practice yoga, learn new ideas and make new friends in the great outdoors! On August 21 & 22 join us for our 1st Annual Buffalo Spirit Yoga & Wellness Festival at the breathtaking Lakota's Farm! Times: August 21st from 10-5pm & August 22nd 10-4
Located just south of the Adirondack Mountains known as the "Grand Canyon of the East" for its beautiful gorges, waterfalls and trails, the landscape of upstate New York provides the perfect backdrop for a day of yoga, hiking, meditation, music, eating locally sourced food and exploring he work of local artisans.
